The voting members of this committee shall consist of five members of the University College faculty, as appointed by the Executive Committee. The Dean and Fiscal Officer shall serve as ex officio, non-voting members. The committee shall serve as the primary deliberative body of the faculty with respect to all issues related to long range planning and resource allocation. The committee shall advise the Dean in assessing resource needs, in allocating financial resources, and in establishing fiscal priorities.

The University College Cabinet consists of representatives from all University College departments and the Dean's office.
