The Office of Career and Employment Services assists employers recruiting for part- or full-time hourly nondegreed positions. To recruit students in specific disciplines or majors for internships and full-time degreed positions, please directly contact the academic school(s).

How to Schedule an On-Campus Visit

• Contact Stephanie Braun at smbraun@iupui.edu. In your request, please include the following information:
  • Preferred date(s)
  • Time frame
  • Positions for which you are recruiting; please indicate if part- or full-time
  • Contact name, and e-mail or phone (if other than yourself)

NOTE: The best time of the day to reach a lot of students is around the lunch hour. We recommend 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

• Try to schedule at least one week in advance of your preferred date. This will allow us time to advertise your upcoming visit to campus.

Recruiting Dates

• Fall & Spring Semesters: Mondays–Thursdays
• No recruiting on these dates:
  • Labor Day Holiday (September 1, 2008)
  • Thanksgiving Holiday (November 26–28, 2008)
  • Winter Break (December 15, 2008–January 9, 2009)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday (January 19, 2009)
  • Spring Break (March 16–20, 2009)
  • Finals Week (May 4–8, 2009)
