Middle/HS Students: 21st Century Scholars: How to Apply

Students and their parents must complete and return the application by June 30 of the 7th- or 8th-grade year. Students may request applications for the Twenty-first Century Scholars Program from:

• the school where the student is enrolled,
• Central Indiana Regional Support Site
  • 518 Indiana Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46202
  • 317-274-1592 or 317-274-5512
• Complete your application in black ink using CAPITAL LETTERS
• Make a photocopy of your application for your own records
• Mail your completed application to the state office in the provided postage paid envelope
