Middle/HS Students: Upward Bound: Bridge

The Upward Bound Bridge Component supports students as they transition from high school to college. Upward Bound's high school graduates receive a full scholarship to attend summer school at IUPUI or IU Bloomington. Most classes are transferable to other postsecondary institutions, giving students the opportunity to begin their college careers with a competitive GPA. What sets Upward Bound Bridge apart from other similar programs is that participants have the opportunity to take actual college courses. Thanks to Joyce Montgomery and staff, all of the 2008 active UB Bridge participants enrolled in college!
