Students: Career Planning: On-Off Campus Employment

By working in a hourly, non-degreed position, a student can earn money to help offset the expenses of education. Our office works directly with campus departments and off-campus employers to help them promote their hourly, non-degreed opportunities to IUPUI students.

Employers are encouraged to post job openings through JagJobs , our online job and career resources database. Many different types of work are available, including: administrative, customer service, healthcare, web development, research assistants, retail, maintenance/labor, education, and food service - just to name a few! Many employers on or off-campus can be flexible around your class schedule. On-campus employers are most able to be flexible as they realize you are a student first, employee second.
